Round 10 Boxing Workout
Round 10 Boxing workout* is a super-calorie burning workout that is proven to burn from 800-1000 calories per hour* Step into our 24 heavy boxing bag station, face your toughest sparring partner that will not hit back and enjoy the workout.
The first 15 minutes will be a warm up to pump your blood and get you ready to hit the bag, here the exercises range from jogging, stretching, body weight exercises and mini circuits.
7 rounds on the bag (30 minutes), here your workout will be 100% on the heavy bag, that will include basic boxing combination, basic boxing technique, and different bag drills . A great and fun way to get toned, and build endurance.
The last 15 minutes you will use strength boxing work out gear such as medicine balls, 1 kg dumbbells, and body weight exercises to strengthen your core and tone your body. Finally cool down exercises and abs.

Round 10 Boxing workout has a limited class size to make sure all our trainers can focus on each and every person.
Kids classes are available every day
Ladies classes sessions are also available with 100% privacy and female trainer.
All other classes are mixed unless its mentioned.
You choose how hard you workout during the sessions, both ways you will burn huge amount of calories.
Boxing Technique and Power Classes
Beginners Boxing technique - 1 hour class that will teach the basics of boxing such as boxing stance, how to use the jab/right hand, if you have not experienced any boxing training in the past then this is the right class for you
Boxing techniques - knowing how to jab or throw a right hand is not enough to enter a fight. Here we offer 1 hour class for intermediate/advanced boxers who wish to compete on a professional level or would only like to extend their knowledge about the sweet science. More focusing on different combinations and more detailed boxing technique
Strength & Conditioning - Going into a 12 round fight is not an easy thing you need special kind of strength and conditioning. In our S&C classes we take you through 30-40 minute intense workout, that mixes bodyweight, medicine balls, light weights etc...to get you in the best shape, and keeping your stamina high
Footwork- As the Best boxer of all time said "fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee" footwork is a workout by it self and one of the most important techniques in boxing. Classes range from 30-40 minutes of intense foot work drills which include jumping rope technique, ladder drills, sprints etc...
Sparring - To be a good boxer you need to spar and learn the right technique and tactic inside the ring. 2 hours per week is dedicated just for sparring*, that will be supervised by our trainers at all time.
Fighters must have full gear (head gear, 16-18oz gloves, groin protector and mouth piece) during sparring sessions.
